Barlow Built originated from the aftermath of Hurricane Florence that wreaked havoc on much of the South Carolina Coast.

At the time, owner and founder Brandon Naperstek was employed as a project manager and foreman for a commercial engineering & construction firm. Due to the need in the area, Brandon started his own company, focusing on bringing quality work and timeliness to both residential and commercial projects.

Barlow Built has now returned to its roots in Cape May County, where we work with top quality professionals to provide our clients with seamless, stress free services.

Barlow Built has over 15 years in the residential and commercial construction industry.
